1. Usage Rules

These are the rules related to using services on pixsoft.vn. When users register and after registration, they must comply with these rules.

2. Changes to the rules

Our company may change the rules according to the company's policies. When there is a change, we will upload a version to pixsoft.vn, the modified version will take effect at the time of upload. After the rules change, if members use pixsoft.vn, we consider members have accepted all the new rules.

3. Using the service

When users register and create an account on pixsoft.vn, they are considered to have registered to use services according to the rules of PIXSOFT Co., Ltd. and the company accepts their registration.

4. Information Management

After handing over service management parameters to users, PIXSOFT does not assume responsibility and does not guarantee the accuracy of the information from users. PIXSOFT does not assume legal responsibility and compensation for users and third parties for direct, indirect, accidental, special, invisible, profit, revenue, reputation losses arising from using PIXSOFT products and services.

5. Suspension of service provision

PIXSOFT has the right to suspend service provision without refunding any fees in the following cases:

• Users use PIXSOFT products and services for any purpose or form that violates Vietnamese law, especially regarding software copyright, music…
• Users send, create links or transfer data that is illegal, threatening, deceptive, hateful, treasonous, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, insulting, or any other form banned by Vietnamese law under any manner.
• Users store, spread data that forms or encourages criminal activities; or data that violates intellectual property rights, trademarks, design rights, copyright or any other personal rights.
• Users use programs that can cause system congestion or system failure, such as causing system resource depletion, overloading the processor and memory.
• Users fail to pay fees on time.

6. Account management

Users must keep their identification information, password, and any other account-related information safe. Users must immediately notify PIXSOFT when they discover any unauthorized access to their account or any security vulnerabilities, including loss, theft, or disclosure of password and other security information.

7. Using email

Users must be responsible for the content of emails sent from their account email.

8. Resolution of disputes, applicable law

In the process of using, if there is a dispute between users and our company, both parties will negotiate to resolve the dispute with the spirit of harmony. In case the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the court of economic dispute Da Nang will be the court of first instance.
